Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification: The final Examination of the 10 + 2 system conducted by any recognised Central / State Board, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai, Pune, or any other State Boards, Central Board of Secondary Education, (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi, Council for the Indian School Certification Examination and (I.S.C.) New Delhi.
- Age Limit: Candidate’s date of birth must fall on or after 1st June 2000.
SCHEDULE OF XAVIERS ENTRANCE TEST 2022 (XET 2022):
2.1. BA(MCJ)*/ (B.M.M.): The XET 2022 will be held between the 24thJune and 29th June 2022
2.2. B.M.S.: The XET 2022 will be held between the 24thJune and 29th June 2022
2.3. The Schedule will remain unaltered even if the above dates are declared Public Holidays.
2.4. Test Duration: 2 hours
60% weightage to the score obtained in the online test
40% weightage to the score obtained in the qualifying Class XII Examinations.
The online application portal will be open from 9 p.m. (IST) on 19 th May 2022 to 6 pm (IST) on 18 th June 2022.

The test will be held across 11 cities (locations) in the Country. The Cities are as follows: Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Jaipur, Chennai, Ranchi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Guwahati.
You will be mailed an Admit card for the XET 2022 a few days post your application for XET 2022.
You will be given the option of selecting one Centre for the XET 2022 in the application form. The exact address for the venue of the XET 2022 will be sent to you with the Admit card.

Selection Process
Admission will be done by
- 60% weightage to the score obtained in the Entrance test
- 40% weightage to the score obtained in the qualifying Class XII Examinations
- There is NO NEGATIVE marking.
- The Question Paper for both the tests will be in English and the pattern is MCQ’s

Therefore, all candidates (including in-house students passing HSC for the academic year (2020- 2021) applying for admission to St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai, for the First Year Courses i.e. B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Sc. (IT), BA(MCJ)*/(B.M.M.) and B.M.S. are required to fill in the ‘Pre-Admission Online Registration Form’ and submit a hard copy of the same to the College Office at the time of admission (dates for submission will be announced later on the College Website).
