- Individuals can also give multiple meme submissions.

Round 1: Meme Submission
The Meme Making Competition is a fun and creative event that challenges participants to come up with clever and humorous memes related to public policy. Participants must create a meme based on one of the public policy topics of their choice. These topics could include issues such as economic policy, social policy, environmental policy, or foreign policy, among others. The memes should be original and should not use any copyrighted material. They should also be appropriate for all audiences and should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content. Once participants have created their memes, they can submit them on Unstop for review.

Round 2 : Voting
A panel of judges will review all of the entries from R1 and select the top memes to be featured in the final round of the competition. These memes will then be posted on a public forum, where the general public can view and vote for their favorites. The meme with the most votes will be declared the winner of the competition.
