Azim Premji Foundation set out to work in the field of elementary education in government schools across India In 2000 The Foundation hoped to impact the quality of education of India at a deep and institutional level in close partnership with the government.
Over the years, the Foundation set up district-level institutes that worked to improve the capacity of teachers, school leaders, teacher educators and administrators in public education.

Round 1

- If you have already applied in Round 1, you can download the application summary sheet and receive other communications time-to-time by logging into the applicant portal.

Selection process
Step 1 — Entrance test
National entrance test will be conducted at various test centers across the country. This will be a computer-based assessment. We will send the admit card with the date, time and other details of the examination, a week before the entrance test. The entrance test is common for all Undergraduate programmes. The structure of the test is given below.

- Has negative marking
- Every correct answer gets 2 marks.
- Every wrong answer loses 1 mark.
- No marks or zero is awarded for unanswered questions.
Step 2
- Personal interviews
- If you are shortlisted, you will have to go through a personal interview. You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your interview.
- The interviews are conducted online. The link to your interview will be sent to you via email.
