Army Institute of Technology (AIT) was established in 1994 exclusively for children of serving and retired Army Personnel. Wards of War Widows in receipt of liberalised pension are also eligible for admission into AIT. AIT functions under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES).Today, AIT is considered amongst the Best Engineering Colleges of India. Ministry of HRD, Government of India has ranked AIT at 139, among all engineering colleges in India

Eligibility:

- The parent should have completed 10 years of services
- The candidate must fulfill the age criteria requirements as per JEE Mains 2023
- The candidate must have appeared and passed 12th with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject with 45% in these combination of subjects
