BPlan or Bachelor of Planning course is four years long full-time degree in planning for candidates who plan to pursue a career as a planning professional. They are given exposure to topics such as Urban and Rural Planning, Making Housing settlements, building structures and understanding basic architectural design.

- This course of B.Planning study includes detailed information on Basic Town and District Planning, Basic Building Buildings, Planning Ideas, Housing and Residential, Real Estate Planning, Urban Migration, Urban Development, and Urban Planning.
- This course strengthens students' communication and writing skills as well as versatility and flexibility in dealing with an unforeseen situation.
- BPlanning is centred around CAD, art & advanced visual communication, water supply and sanitation, energy-efficient design, modular coordination, metropolitan planning, infrastructure planning and system management.
- Planning graduates are employed in the private or public sector in the field of urban planning, housing planning, planning specialists in real estate firms, transportation, railways, roads, sewage, drainage, water supply sectors.
The Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main) comprises two papers.
