In recognition of the pioneering work done in the field of education, The Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce has been bestowed with ‘Autonomy’ by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, effective from the academic year 2012-13. However, we continue to be under the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune which will confer the degree to our students. Our College ranked amongst the top10 Colleges in India and best in Pune City, consecutively for the past ten years, in the survey conducted by India Today, Neilson-Org Marg. Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce was Reaccredited ‘A+’ with 3.51 CGPA For Third Cycle By NAAC.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be 12th pass or equivalent from recognised board.

For B.A. Economics (Business Analytics) and B. Com. (Business Analytics) programme, the interviews of the merit listed students will be conducted and the final admissions will be based on interview.

For admission to B.A. Economics (Business Analytics) and B. Com. (Business Analytics) programmes, Mathematics subject at XII th std. will be a prerequisite.

The student who has selected the programme B.A. Economics (Business Analytics) (limited seats) will be the part of Economics specialization.

The student who has selected the programme B.Com. with CIMA will have Management Accounting as specialization.

The student who has selected the programme B. Com. with ACCA will have ‘Accounting and Finance’ as specialization.

All admissions will be purely on merit basis and as per the reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra.

B.A. Economics (Business Analytics), B.Com. with ACCA and B.Com (Business Analytics) will have higher fees than the regular B.A and B.Com. programme. For more details about the fees, please refer to college web-site.
Selection Process
- The Candidate must fullfil the eligibility criteria to be eligible for admissions and the admission is on the basis of 12th Class Merit and as per the Reservation policy of Govt. of Maharashtra.

The Candidate has to enter total marks of all subjects for which he has appeared (aggregate percentage).

We do not consider percentage like 'BEST OF FOUR' or 'BEST OF FIVE' subjects.
How to Apply

The Candidate must register themselves online on the respective website.

Student has to register by filling Pre-Merit application form online. The form will be available on the college website.

Students can apply for more than one programme.
-
While filling the Pre-Merit application form, student has to enter total marks secured of all subjects (Aggregate percentage) and other required information. College does not consider percentages based on best of 4 or best of 5 subjects.

The student has to pay the Pre-merit processing charges Rs. 1500/- per programme within the stipulated time through online payment mode only.

However, if candidates select more than one programme, the per-merit registration charges will be as per the below structure -
> One Programme - Rs. 1500
> Two Programmes - Rs. 3000
> Three Programmes - Rs. 4000
> Four Programmes - Rs. 5500
> Five Programmes - Rs. 6500
> Six Programmes - Rs. 7500
> Seven Programmes - Rs. 8500. -
The pre-merit registration charges are non-refundable.
