About Us
The student city of Manipal, Karnataka plays host to the T.A. Pai Management Institute, fondly known as TAPMI. With academic rigour and experiential learning at its core, TAPMI’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programs are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) since its constitution. Named after our founder, Shri. T.A. Pai, TAPMI was established with a vision of creating responsible business leaders, leaders who dream and achieve but with a resolve to make a difference.
Established in 1980, TAPMI is one among the 7 institutes in India and 5% of the top business schools worldwideto have been accredited with the illustrious Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation, the oldest and toughest accreditation in the world of business education. It is also the 5th institution in India to have both the AACSB as well as Association of MBAs (AMBA) accreditation.

About IPM at TAPMI
Integrated Program in Management (IPM) aims to inculcate management practices among future professionals at a young age. The program uses an innovative and inclusive academic pedagogy of global standards based on an Integrative and multidisciplinary curriculum. The five year full-time integrated program is strategically designed with a blend of analytical, social, humanities, management, and skill-based courses. At the end of the five-year academic experience, the candidates who have successfully completed the (program) academic requirements would be awarded the degree of an MBA along with a BBA degree.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board, with minimum 60% aggregated marks, passed in 2022, 2023 or appearing in 2024 (subject to fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria upon declaration of 10+2 examination results).

Minimum 60% aggregated marks in Std. 10th .

English as a compulsory subject in HSC/(10+2) Examination.

Candidates should have appeared in one of the following entrance tests for the corresponding academic year or the previous academic year –
-
IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test) conducted by IIM Indore; OR
-
JIPMAT (Joint Integrated Program in Management Admission Test) conducted by National Testing Agency, OR
-
JEE mains (Joint Entrance Examination) conducted by the National Testing Agency, for the corresponding academic year, OR
-
SAT examination (administered on behalf of the College Board by the Educational Testing Service); OR
-
Common Law Admission Test (CLAT); OR
-
Manipal Entrance Test (MET) conducted by MAHE.
Admission Process
-
Entrance ((IPMAT/ JEE/ SAT/CLAT/MET) + Online Interview + Group Discussion (GD) + Micro-Presentation (20-25 minutes duration overall).
