About the Entrance Exam
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, conducts it’s own entrance exam by the name of BITSAT for admission into their various courses. BITS Pilani invites applications to register for BITSAT-2025, the only online admission test for admissions to Integrated first degree (B.E., B.Pharm, and M.Sc.) programmes in its campuses at Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.

Integrated First Degree - 4 years (8 semesters)

Eligibility Criteria

Admissions in Bachelors of Engineering Course: Candidate should have passed 12th with minimum 75% in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry and adequate proficiency in English. (Individual Aggregate – minimum 60%)

Admissions in Bachelors of Pharmacy Course: Candidate should have passed 12th with minimum 75% Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English. (Individual Aggregate – minimum 60%)

Direct admission to Board Toppers: This offer of admission is open only to the student who has obtained the first rank in the board, as per the announcement by the Board.

Through International Student Admission Scheme: Admissions here will be based on SAT score.
NOTE - Only Students who are appearing for the 12th examination in 2025 or who have passed the 12th Examination in 2024 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2025 test.
Exam Pattern
Each session of BITSAT-2025 will be of 3 hours duration (without break), comprising the following 4 parts:

NOTE - The BITSAT-2025 test will be conducted on the basis of NCERT syllabus for the 11th and 12th class. The detailed syllabus is given in the Annexure. Candidates may refer to the NCERT textbooks for the contents.
How to Apply

The candidates must register themselves online on their respective website.

The candidates must pay the registration fees as follows -
Test Center and fees (for BITSAT centers in India and Nepal) -
> Any 1 session – Male Rs 3500, Female Rs 3000 & Transgender Rs 3000.
> Both the sessions – Male Rs 5500, Female Rs 4500 & Transgender Rs 4500. -
