About Us
The Christian Medical College is an unaided, non-capitation, Christian minority, and educational institution admitting students on merit on an all India basis. The Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore was established and is maintained by the Christian Medical College Vellore Association, a registered society, formed by over 50 different Indian Christian churches and Christian organizations which run over 225 hospitals, health centers and dispensaries throughout the length and breadth of this country, many of which are situated in remote rural areas. The Christian Medical College Vellore (CMC) is ranked amongst the topmost medical colleges in India and offers an extensive range of undergraduate, postgraduate and higher specialty courses in medicine, nursing, allied health sciences and related disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria

Age - Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31 Dec 2025.

All candidates should have obtained a minimum of marks at 50th percentile in the NEET-UG 2025 examination.

As per TN Government and University guidelines, a candidate for admission to the medical course must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology taken together)/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination.

There are two modes of admission – Government Quota (50%) & Management Quota (50%).

BSc Nursing (Chittoor Campus) - Affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Admission based on EAPCET rank of the said year. Please refer to BSc Nursing – CMC Vellore Chittoor campus Admission Bulletin 2025.
Admission Process
- The Candidate must appear for the Entrance – NEET 2025 for MBBS.
- The Candidate must appear for CMC Vellore entrance Exam for BSc Nursing (Vellore Campus) & Allied Health Science.
- BSc Nursing (Chittoor Campus) - Affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Admission based on EAPCET rank of the said year. Please refer to BSc Nursing – CMC Vellore Chittoor campus Admission Bulletin 2025.

How to Apply

The candidate must register themselves online on their respective website.
-
The candidate must pay the application fees which includes a basic administrative fee of Rs.1200/- plus a registration fee of Rs. 500/-. The same online application form should be used for applying to BSc (Nursing) & AHS Degree Courses with an additional amount of Rs. 500/- per course.
