About Us
Himachal Pradesh Technical University, simply called HIMTU or HPTU, is a state university located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India and established in 2011. The Government of Himachal Pradesh has established the Himachal Pradesh Technical University with the mandate to create excellent competent environment to impart the technical education across the State.
