NILD is located at B.T. Road, Bon- Hooghly, Kolkata, was established in 1978. In addition to the said Bachelor & Master courses in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics, the Institute also offers Post-Graduate Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation & Management and Diplomat of National Board (DNB) in PMR, MSc. Rehab. Nursing and P.G. Diploma in Rehabilitation Engineering at its headquarter in Kolkata

Eligibility Criteria
BPO
- Academic Qualification: 10+2 (Higher/Senior Secondary Examination) I.Sc. or equivalent- recognized examination with subjects Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Biology(B) or Mathematics (M) and English with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB/PCM when taken together for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST & PH candidates.
BOT/ BPT
- Academic Qualification: 10+2 (Higher/Senior Secondary Examination) I.Sc. or equivalent- recognized examination with subjects Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Biology(B) and English with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB when taken together for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST & PH candidates.
- Age Limit: Only those candidates who are born between 01st January, 1999 and 31st December, 2002 (inclusive of both dates) are eligible
