SOFT CET 2018
Established in 1998, School of Fashion Technology (SOFT) conducts CET to offer admission to aspirants in Undergraduate Programmes on offer by the Design College. SOFT also offers Diploma and PG Diploma Design Programmes to candidates.

B. Design in Affiliation with S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai: 4 Year Program with Specialization in:
- Fashion Design
- Fashion Communication
- Textile Design
- Jewellery Design
Industry Integrated Programs with International Exposure Jointly by SOFT and AC&M:
- Fashion Design (Undergraduate & Postgraduate Program)
- Fashion Brand Design & Technology (Postgraduate Program)
Eligibility Criteria
For U.G. Program – B. Design (Affiliated to S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai)
XII Pass in any Stream – Arts/Commerce/Science/Home Science/ Minimum Competency Vocational Course (MCVC) including National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)
Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE)/ State Govt. Technical Education full time diploma of minimum 2 years after Std. X
For NRI & Foreign students with equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi
SOFT CET – Online test + Studio Test + Personal Interview to be cleared.
For Diploma Program – Fashion Design
XII Pass in any Stream
Including National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)
SOFT CET + Studio Test +Personal Interview

Exam Center
The official website informs, "The online test, the studio test and the personal interview of the candidate will be conducted in the premises of SOFT as per the date chosen by the candidate."
It may be noted that all the three tests (online test, studio test, and personal interview) will be conducted on a single day

Registration for Online Test (with late fee): 31st March 2018
Online Test- 18th - 20th May 2018 (Date to be chosen by students at the time of registration)
Date of Merit List Start- 28th May - 4th June 2018
