The National Entrance Screening Test is an annual college entrance examination in India, conducted for admission into the National Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhubaneswar and the Center for Excellence in Basic Sciences, Mumbai.

- Each section is of 50 marks each and will contain subject specific questions from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.

- Exam Duration: The exam duration will be 3 Hours & 30 Minutes
- Type of Question: There will be objective type questions (four options with one correct answer).
- Syllabus: The syllabus for NEST 2020 primarily follows the NCERT/CBSE science syllabus of class XI–XII.
