National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) has released the notification for the NTSE 2021 on the official website.
All States and UTs have started to release the NTSE application form 2021 from October 1, 2020, on the official website of the SCERT. Karnataka, West Bengal, Puducherry, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Telangana, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Goa, Meghalaya, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat have released the NTSE application form 2021 online.
Some states have kept the entire NTSE registration 2021 online, i.e. students need to fill and submit the form in the online mode while others follow the offline NTSE registration process. Students need to submit the completely filled NTSE application form 2021 before the last date. The state-wise details to apply for NTSE 2021 are provided below.
Many states are releasing the application form online on the official website of SCERT while others will release offline. Candidates studying in class 10th can download the application form of NTSE 2021 online or obtain the same from their school or from the state liaison officer.
Steps to fill NTSE Application Form 2021
Candidates can obtain, fill and submit the NTSE application form online or offline by following the steps listed below:
- Obtain Application Form – Download the NTSE registration form 2021 from the official website or collect it from the liaison officer of the state.
- Filling up the application form – Candidates need to fill up the application form in their own handwriting as per the instructions and affix their recent photograph along with signature at the space provided. Candidates will be required to enter the following details in the NTSE 2021 application form:
- Candidate’s name
- Mother's name
- Father's name
- Caste category
- Postal address etc.
- Payment of application fee – Candidates will be required to remit the NTSE application fee (if specified by the state/UT).
- Application form submission – The NTSE application form 2021 needs to be submitted in offline/online mode as specified. Candidates must ensure that the application form of NTSE is completely filled and attached with the required documents as per the instructions.

Q: When can I get NTSE application form?
A: The application form will be released online on the official website of the SCERT. In case it is released offline, you can collect it from your school officials or the state liaison officer. Every state/UT will release its own application form in September/October.
