About:
The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is an autonomous body responsible for co-ordinating agricultural education and research in India. It reports to the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture. The Union Minister of Agriculture serves as its president. It is the largest network of agricultural research and education institutes in the world.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Only Indian Citizen are eligible to fill ICAR AIEEA-UG 2018 application form.
- Age Limit: The applicant must have attained minimum age of 16 years as on 31 August 2018. (Note: You can check ICAR official bulletin for complete age limit).
- Education Qualification: The candidate must have passed 12th board exam from CBSE or other State boards. For admission in the Universities/Institutes located in non-Hindi speaking areas, the candidate must have passed English as a core subject in 10+2 examination.
Category Marks Required
General, OBC(NCL) and UPS categories 50% marks in 12th Board exam
SC, ST and PC categories 40% marks in 12th Class board exam
Note: The candidate appearing in the qualifying examination, has to submit evidence of having satisfied at the time of counseling, date/admission, as otherwise the candidature will be automatically canceled.
Admission Course & Eligibility:
The applicant must also check their 12th board subject and degree program they are opting for admission. Below table contains all the Bachelor programs for admission, subject to be chosen at the time of ICAR UG 2018 application form and subjects which the candidate must have passed in 12th class board exams.

ICAR AIEEA 2018 Application Form:
ICAR AIEEA 2018 Application Form will be available from 28th April 2018. The last date to submit the application will 4th May 2018. Candidates can print the receipt of the application form between 4th May 2018 to 13th May 2018. The application form can be filled by online mode only.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
Step 1: Go to the official website of ICAR AIEEA 2018, http://www.icar.org.in/
Step 2: Fill down the complete and correct details in the form. That are your name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, nationality, state, gender, communication address, email address, mobile number and your AADHAR number.
Step 3: After the final submission, note down your registration number.
Step 4: In the next screen upload your passport size photograph and signature.
Step 5: Make payment for application form fee and print the confirmation page.
