Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi Commercial Pilot License Course is for the students who want to pursue their career in aviation. Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA) offers 18 months (may get extended) course for Commercial Pilot License which is also famous as CPL.
Courses Offered
- IGRUA offers Ab-initio to CPL Course for issue of CPL with Multi–engine endorsement and Instrument Rating (IR) on Multi-engine Aircraft. Shortlisted candidates in Final Merit shall be inducted in Four batches starting January 2022 onward
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification: Must have passed Maths & Physics with minimum 50% aggregate marks at 10+2 or equivalent.
- Age Limit: 17 years & above at the time of joining
Note :-
i) In case SC/ST/EWS and OBC candidates do not qualify even after 5% relaxation in the Entrance Written test, the seats would be de-reserved for General Category.
ii) Candidates can also opt for B.Sc. (Aviation) Degree, being conducted simultaneously with CPL Course. Duration of this course will be 03 years.
iii) All Candidates must comply eligibility criteria by given date for Interview / Aptitude Test.

Selection
ONLINE Written Test, Viva/Interview and Pilot Aptitude Test in the following manner:- a) Written Test : At allotted centres on 21 August 2021 (Saturday) .

- (10+2 level objective type questions only and No negative
Pilot Aptitude Test / Psychometric Test : - Only successful candidates in Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test shall qualify for final selection. -
No relaxation criteria will be applicable for SC/ST/EWS/OBC Candidates in Pilot Aptitude/Psychometric Test
Training fee
Rs. 45 Lacs payable in four quarterly installments in one year. Additional expenditure for about Rs. 3 Lac towards cost of Uniform, Study Material, Navigation Computer, Head Phones etc.
The training fee and other expenditure is same for all category candidates.
