Jamia Millia Islamia, a Public Central University established in 1920, originally at Aligarh in United Provinces. It was initially moved to Karol Bagh in 1925, Delhi and later built up in Jamia Nagar. In 1988, it became Central University by an Act of Parliament, since then expanding in different directions achieving the new dimensions.
Today, Jamia Millia Islamia is an “A” grade Central University accredited by NAAC and is an ensemble of a multi layered educational system which covers all aspects of schooling, undergraduate and post-graduate education. We are in process of 2nd cycle assessment of NAAC.
Admission to B.Tech/B.Arch. programme of JMI
Admission to B.Tech./B.Arch. (2021-22) program of Jamia Millia Islamia will be based on the final rank of JEE (Main) – 2021 conducted by NTA (National Test Agency).
To be admitted to B.Tech/B.Arch. program of JMI, candidates, who have filled online form of JEE Main 2021 are required to fill online Application Form of Jamia Millia Islamia at www.jmicoe.in , www.jmi.ac.in; the last date is 30.05.2021.
Admission to B.D.S. programme of JMI
Admission to B.D.S program of Jamia Millia Islamia will be based on the rank of NEET Examination- 2021 conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). All aspiring candidates are required to fill online application form at official website of National Testing Agency ( ntaneet.nic.in).
To be admitted to B.D.S. program of JMI, candidates are required to choose Jamia Millia Islamia with appropriate reservation category in the NEET application form.
No separate form is required to be filled up in JMI by the candidate.
In case of any vacancies transferred to JMI by MCC, the University shall publicize them on its website.

(iii) The Online Form submission process consists of two-phases viz.
a) Candidate’s Registration: Entry of Basic Profile of the Candidate, and
b) Entrance Application Submission: Choosing of Program(s), Category and Submission of Entrance Application Fee in Table I and time to time by subsequent notification from JMI.
